Need a way to change the size of the GPS/Location arrow

Is there currently any setting to change the size of the gps/location arrow? The default arrow size is huge, especially on Android auto. Even when zoomed in it can be half a block long or more. On roads with tight switchback it totally obliterates that detail. So, being able to change this size would be very helpful.
