Offline backup is useless in Android 11+

Steps to reproduce
1. Settings -> Advanced -> Backup and Reset -> Local storage: Backup -> OK
2. A toast pops up saying "Backup created"
3. Download Total Commander, install and give it special permission to access all files
4. Find no backup files in Android/data/com.mapfactor.navigator/files/navigator/backup/.
Actually the "files/navigator/backup/" part is not even listed by file managers.
Reason
New Android 11 storage policy:
https://developer.android.com/about/versions/11/privacy/storage
Possible solution
The backup files could be saved to/loaded from the Android/media/com.mapfactor.navigator/ directory. This solution has been adopted by other apps ie. WhatsApp.
