Navigator will always stop

    Hallo, when I start the Navigator Map Factor Free, then always appears "Navigator angehalten/stopped". 

    Under Report --> Vorschau is:
    Report Type: crash
    System App: false
    Running Apps: crash

    I have reinstalled the app several times

    I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Model GT-N8000 with Android 4.1.2

    try to delete data in Android settings/application
    manager/navigator and then reboot your device. If this does not help,
    please email logs (navigator/log folder)
