HI there,

Installer updated automatically to version 21.0.0

Downloaded and installed PC Navigator 21.

When starting, Error "No maps found ..."

Started installer and downloaded a few maps. Started PC Navigator - same error message. Installer shows downloaded maps with nothing to do - Navigator keeps "No maps found ..."

At least NavFree 20.3.5 still works.

Where to be found?

No file with "error" or "report" in name, no file with ".log" or ".txt" ending ...

The Map-Explorer works also not with the German-Maps.

New Installation Version 21.0.0.

1.Downlod the German-Maps.

2.Start the Map-Explorer.

3.Map-Explorer shows a Mesage-Box "No Licence for this map".

Did a clean install on new machine - works fine.

Only setup utility is still promoting "Navigator 20 - New Version. New maps." *grin*

Hi again,

uninstalled all, deleted all (incl. ProgramData- and AppoData-Folder), reinstalled => works.

This is just a problem with your Content-Path. i use always the xy folder for the Content. But this cause also somethimes confusion.

First used x.y as suggested by installer => error.

Copied everything from x.y to 21.0 (installer created folder 21.0) => same error.

After clean install on new machine everything is in 21.0 and no folder x.y exists.

After deleting and re-installing on old machine nearly all is in x.y but 21.0 is there with only 2 files.

Confusing ...

you are supposed to select map ffolder during installation

if you select different then last time, them maps will not be seen

When I don't select mapfolder but click on "Next" to accept installer supposed path and folder, why is it installed in different places? (As described at 9:49 am today)

When I installed Navigator 19, I had the maps in a Navigator19-Path. Version 20 installed - new maps installed in Navigator20-Path - no problem at all, I just copied maps from 19-Path to 20-Path and they were seen immediately.

But Navigator21 didn't recognize any map - even if they were downloaded with Installer21. Installer should know the path selected on installation ...
