Spurious blue background

    Occasionally, the screen below the position icon turns blue.  The blue section comes and goes as points are reached.  The top of the blue section is always aligned with the position icon.  There does not seem to be any particular driver for the behavior.

    Tomas, is there a way to include an image with a discussion?  If I try to add a screenshot, I get an error message that there are too many characters.  If I shrink the image, I can get within the character limit but then the image is stripped out when posted.  Having an http link seems cumbersome.  Thanks for any advice.

    I should also note that the blue color is the same color as a water feature.  There were no water features encountered when driving in the southeast Utah desert, so the spurious background is not associated with encountering a water feature.
