I do not think this is configurable, but you can import your own speed cameras, with icon of your choice, using digger

Where is the data file in navigator ?

cameraspeed.mca and cameralight.mca in the mapfactor file.

I tried to edit with Digger but it didn't open...

No, I was talking about the csv or ov2 or gpx or other data files that are used to create the mca files.

An mca file cannot be decompiled, well it seems to me.
