OSM destination and lane tags

It appears that destination tags sometimes don't get updated as per OSM. Do you treat/verify them separately when you process the OSM data? Especially when they are tied to lanes they either don't show at all in the app or are showing incorrectly. Also lane indications (showing the lanes at the top of the screen when OSM has the tags) seem to appear completely randomly.
Would be great if you guys could please check what might be wrong and fix it. I was driving in HK and had to switch back to Google as your app would either not show lanes and destinations or they were wrong. Taking a wrong turn in HK is a pain in the a**, trust me L-)
