Ending Point: 45.6323189, 2.0350400
Default car profile and optimization The fastest:
363 km and 4:54
if I add:
Waypoint: 46.6795853, -0.2635039
Same profile:
344 km and 4:34
there is a problem.....

And if I replace the first waypoint with another here: path calculated by OSM
waypoint: 46.8224906, -0.1189656
Same profile: 343 km and 4h32

with default car settings without waypoint I get these results

OSM - 424km, 4:43

TomTom - 344km, 4:34

problem is that OSM has no defined transit network, which is used on longer distances - we create artificial one, based on road categories, but that is not always most accurate

you can increase expansion to compensate for it, but calculation will be longer

It's ok, I found the settings to have the same path that calculated by the OSM link

Standard route computation limits
Expension limit 200 000
Distance limit : 500 000
Speed limit 60 km/h
Route computation limits with motorways closed
Expension limit 200 000
Distance limit : 500 000
Speed limit 60 km/h

there is no right or wrong, it depends really on road density around waypoints and distance between waypoints

in your case I tried expansion 500,000, but 200,000 may be enough

Expension limit: 500 000 the app will crash on my phone.
200 000 or 250 000 it's ok and it works well.
