Crossing problem

On a trip Mapfactor send me over a crossing straight ahead were is was not allowed: only left or right turn was allowed.Checked OSM and asked to check the situation, answer was that is was correct stored on OSM.It is in Venlo Netherlands, when you go from Molensingel to Professor Gelissensingel, and also the same backwards.Can you theck it out?
