Navigator 18 - problem with map update in Smart GPS SG 742

Hi Everyone!I have a problem with map update in Smart GPS SG 742. I have installed latest version Navigator Free, but after entering a key from navi appeared a message: "SSL support not isntalled. Install OpenSSL". I have tried on Windows XP (SP3), 7 and 10 (up to date), but no results. What is the cause?Regards

I followed the user guide.Menu - Application - Product Key (and select: Do you have change a product key? Click YES to read the key).
