No POI downloades

I have installed Mapfactor Navigator 18 and downloaded a few maps. The maps work OK but I cannot see, or search for POI.After selecting the type of POI, e.g Airport, restuarant etc., no POIs are shown.

The platform is Windows Vista by the way.
