Odometer display

Is it possible to increase the size of the characters in the Current Journey screen of the Odometer function? There is loads of unused space that could be employed usefully. The display is barely legible without my reading glasses. I would gladly sacrifice a few of the 6 digits before the decimal point in the 'length' field.
