Launch mapfactor navigation automatically from other app

Hi all,
I have written a little app, which organizes my favourites.
Now it would be nice, if I could launch mapfactor
automatically from this app passing the coordintes
to mapfactor and start navigation automatically.
Launching mapfactor is not the problem but
how can I pass the coordinates and run navigation?

I think it's the manual for the PC version.
I am searching for a solution on my Android device.
In section "Command line arguments" I can see only Window parameters
but no information for the desired automation.

I did the same thing with sms tracker app. I just needed to pull out the forbidden words and run them through filter. In my case i just asked developer how can i get access to it. You can ask too though.
