Sounds for speed cameras and traffic lights

WHen i try to choose a sound for speed camera warning, it says 'sound unavailable" where should i put new sound files so i can set them as warnings ?

but names but be the same as they are now

Should the names be the same as the MCA file name or the internal name as shown in Navigator?
