GB postcode search difference

MapFactor Navigator 2.1.97 is installed on my 'phone and my wife's 'phone. Both use downloaded OSM data. Entering a GB postcode in my 'phone at Search>ADDRESS>City/Region/Postcode produces a result. My wife's 'phone states, "No result". I set up my wife's 'phone to be identical as far as I am aware.

you probably forgot to download UK postcodes on your wife's phone
please check in Map manager/download maps
