Tram line not rendered?

As far as I remember tram lines was presented on city maps, like on openstreetmap.org:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/50.0137/19.9543
Now they are not (ora I'm wrong, and they were never rendered). Checked on smartphone and PC.
Is it intendend or is it a bug?

If I remember well, a couple of years ago this question came up as well. Support then said, that it is intended behaviour.
