Tried versions 12,14 and 15 and none of them work.

you can download another Windows version from Windows store

Version 15 works perfectly on my 3 Window 10 installations, 32 and 64 bit, as well on the current insider version.

I installed it once form the Microsoft Store.

I deleted it.

Now Microsoft Store won't let me install it again.

Anywhere else I can get it?

Or

A fix to reinstall it from the Microsoft Store?

It did not have a 'uninstall' I deleted everything manually.

no, it is not possible, it has to go via Microsoft store
