stop replaying button disabled

Stop replaying button disabled after phone restart and i can't record new replay. What can i do?

it may be set to Automatic recording?

I checked GPS signal but it's same. I checked Automatic recording and set to manual on/off, after that i can see new record button and disabled stop recording replaying button still. tnx 4 the replay.
