    how to edit  files with mca extension, respective add new records to cameraspeed file?

    you cannot edit .mca files, but you can create them with this PC import tool

    I have txt file fixed cameras (SpeedCam.txt), how adjust parameters in digger for mca output?

    just go through the import wizzard step by step and do not forget to select speed cameras on page 4 or 5
    your file must be UTF-8 encoded

    There is several coordinate systems, which one of them choose?
    I choosed Geographical coordinates [WGS84] ( dd.ddddd° ), but I do not see speedcameras on the map.

    success, speedcameras database is working, I have all fixed speed cameras until now.  ;)
