Curious ways...distance increases immens

Hi all, i habe a problem with MapFactor:
I made a trip from Essen to Hennef, ca. 110 km.
Software wanted me To go A3 To Frankfurt, and then a large curve back to target. 381km...
Way back was similar confusing: See attached screenshot...
No other routing points are set, car modus with shortest way...
Used in my mobile, THL 100S sich Android 4.4.2 (CM).
Edit: MapFactor is 2.0.33 -

Screenshot? Anyway, my routing is A 52, A 3, A 560, 97km from somewhere in city center to city center.

Ah - 110km because A42, A3... and northern part from city.Screenshot:
