Tomtom Truck Map Data

Just splashed out on Tomtom UK truck map dats. Have just been playing with Navigator and the only road that can be used to get into the industrial area where we are based is shown on the map but appears not to be recognised by the routing software. The generated routes is a few miles longer and goes through 7.5T weight limits.
Have also noted a few other roads with weight limits that are used when there are main road alternatives that are probably quicker.
Anyone else have these issues and how do you report map problems? -
