Always showing actual "maxspeed" and define the sign size.

I would like to have an option (in the menu) to switch on the maxspeed all the time.It would also be great to define the size of the maxspeed sign, because it is (for me) too small on my smartphone while i am driving.By the way... it would be great to define the size of the turn-lane-arrows on the bottom. They are also very small...:-)Greetings.Ando

maximum speed is displayed when it is available in map data
in free maps it is not always available
