TMC over Internet

Hello
We are planning to use MapFactor Navigator 14 on Windows 7 tablet PC's.
These tablets have integrated gps sensors and a permanment internet connection (2G/3G).
Is it possible to get tmc - information over internet? Or do we have to buy external gps-receivers with integrated tmc?

Hi is there an update for this. This is one feature that Mapfactor needs to compete with the other sat nav apps. i would gladly pay to use HD traffic on the Android version.
