moving TomTom maps to a new phone

I will be buying a new phone in a few months time. Can I move TomTom maps that I buy now for my current phone over to the new phone? I couldn't find any forum topic which discussed this. I would like to buy the Europe bundle but I don't want to download all the countries. I don't have spare storage or the need for every country. Can I download individual countries? Thanks.

Yes, you can transfer your license to a new phone (you will have to send logs from your new phone to MapFactor support) & Yes, you can download individual countries.
