Cycle route takes prohibited road

Hi when creating a cycle route from "dorpsstraat, Zoeterwoude" to POI Lipsius faculty in Leiden (or take address Doelensteeg 83, Leiden), you are routed over the "Europaweg". This Europaweg is a primary road prohibited for bicycles and it doesn't have cycle lanes either.
The strange thing is that there is a parallel road "Vrouwenweg" which is an unclassified road and accessible for cyclists.
Tested in 1.3.27 with Dutch map 44-201408250

At the moment it is "expected" (no extra attributes for bikes) and this will hopefully change within couple months with new table for pedestrian/bike routing.
