Apparently the OSM data do not contain (service) roads to your home, or your current car profile has them not activated.

Could you point to the corresponding section of the OSM map? Just search for the correct position, then share the updated URL.

Yep, there's a bug (or better: a gap) in the OSM data: Homestead Avenue is not linked with Woodgreen Drive, thus not linked at all. No wonder you get this error.
This would be the correct connection to Homestead Avenue, by car, isn't it?

Hi, I found the same error as chattiewoman did. I corrected it in josm. The Bing underlayer clearly shows that Homestead Avenue ( residential road) is connected to Woodgreen Drive. In OSM the connection was made by a 1,92 meters cycleway instead of the residential road. Of course Navigator in car mode will not route you over a cycleway. If you activate cycle mode and calculate a (short) route to your address it will work.

It is now fixed in OSM, but in Navigator it will be fixed with the new map release. Unfortunately, the UK map has just been created (early map access) and will be released in a few days (I assume), so it doesn't contain this fix and you have to wait another month.

Please be more specific. Zoom in to level 18 or 19 and mention the street it is about.
I tried a few and it works for me, so I need more info.
