Hardware-Acceleration in Android and Windows

The higher the screen, the poorer one may move the card. In a galaxy S4 1920x1080 is the map moving very heavy. A older phone Galaxy y can move the map smoother maybe because the smaller screen. Windows or android - it is everywhere the same problem. maybe you should looking for Hardware-Accelerated graphics

Straßenkarte etc. in englisch ist "map". "card" ist eine Karte im Sinne von Spielkarte oder Registerkarte etc. ;-)
