Generate Voices Text to speech (New Link)

I thought this might be of interest to those wishing to replace the scout_*wav files. www2.research.att.com/~ttsweb/tts/demo.php
Just choose your language and voice and the type in the text. You can the download the wav file you have created. Works well.
Link is to AT&T Natural Voices text to natural speech.
I have edited the link and it now works.
