Reinstallation of bought maps

I installed Navigator Free from the PlayStore. Bought Europe Maps and downladed them. My phone crashed and I could not reinstall/redownload the maps. Could be my fault not making a backup in time. So I bought Euro maps again for Euro 19,95 but there is no download available after paying and a confirmation. The files show (0MB) content. Question is: how can I obtain/install the Euro maps on my phone that I paid for.
