Mapfactor Free Android what am I doing wrong?

I have been trying to Download the Android Free version from Google Play store but without success.
When I click on "Install" it says that it will be Downloaded "Soon" and that is all it ever responds with.; It has never Installed.
What am I doing wrong, if anything, or is there an alternative source for me to Download from?
