no voice

    Hello twice now I have used the app to get to a destination but the voice states recalculating route I get ready to go but the voice stops and the map continues soi am driving without any sound please help

    Hi Cheryl, check that sounds have been downloaded in Map manager/download maps.
    you can test it by setting both departure and destination and then Tools/Simulate route.
