Win7 PC to Android Nexus 7 route transfer?

    I am seeing the C:\users\"user"\AppData\Roaming\Navigator\12.3 and I drag & drop the "routing points"  .xml text file to the Nexus 7 "Navigation" folder.  The

    The D&D appears to be acceptable as viewed on the PC screen.

    But, the only files in the Nexus  Navigator 12  are those routes I made up using the Nexus 7 Navigator program my self................... ie no transfer there.

    Is there  another step that I am missing?

    Also, those similar posted/ threads appear to have an "external SD card" where I do not.    One internal 32 gig flash memory is in my Nexus 7 (2013).

    it needs to be in the navigator folder, ovewriting existing routing_points.xml
    it could be
    android/data/com.mapfactor.com/files/navigator

    The file was already there.  "android/data/com.mapfactor.com/files/navigator".  Still no transfer to the Nexus 7.
