maxspeed:forward=*; maxspeed:backward=* support

I've noticed that maxspeed:forward=*; maxspeed:backward=* tags are not suported (maxspeed=* works fine)
Please fix that

Hi,
this problem already reported Tobias ... in the current MCA data format is only place for one speed limit per network link and I am not sure if we should use minimum/maximum of both speeds.
