Can`t install navigator free on my phone!

Hi, this look great but i can`t install.
I installed the program in my computer but cant make anything, no downloaded cab, no nothing, this longer works or its a fake??
Here its a image of my setup, no download nothing:

this its another image, all the options are GREY! cant install map explorer, pocket, ocx or something!

The installer created some folders called cab, patch and setup, but all are empty!
Can you help me plz? thanks in advance.

Hi, from the second image it looks like it did not download info about regions/cabs from the Internet. Could you try Setup Utility 11.0 (alpha, link http://download.mapfactor.com/setup_utility_alpha_11_0_4-3_exp110601_4cc426ab06.exe
) which has more detailed logging? -

I made some test and tryed to install many times, but not luck, i always get the following:

I let about an hour and not downloaded nothing, the download content folder are empty, i already tried to "run as administrator" as well and in compatibility mode too, but not luck.
I have not a firewall installed, my system is Windows 7 64bits
one detail: in this version at least i can change the language option, in the previous one not.
