Is it possible to navigate an imported gpx file in android?

Is it possible to navigate an imported gpx file in android? I was able to create a route in google maps, download and convert then import into mapfactor but all it does is show it on the map. It does not allow me to navigate the route I created. Is this possible? If so how do I do it? Thanks

Not directly. Use the shown route on the map to set way points.
