Navigator Free - Size of Speed Limit Symbol

I use NavigatorFree on a Nexus 7, and love it. My only negative is that even on this size screen it is not easy to see the 'maximum speed' symbol when it is displayed. Would it be possible to have an option to display this as a larger symbol?Lyndon
