Pay for maps

I attempted to pay for North American Map on 3/28/14 and had to use Pay Pal as I live in the US and could not directly use credit cars due to conversion to dollars (I'm guessing) ... when I used Pay Pal I got to the very end of transaction and could not finish ... was eventually given a notification of problem with sellers Pay Pal Account ... The transaction is still shown as pending on my bank account ... I would like to have the Map and of course only want to pay for it once ... any help or suggestions would be appreciated ...
