Hi Oldie,
this is probably due to bad average speed assignment (if you click on link and try to "edit" it in Navigator you will see what speed is set there). The direct path is 65km/h, the "bypass" is 115km/h. One possibility is to add turn restriction (I suppose that you are not allowed to turn there in reality).
