This is currently treated as train only route. While normally you can ride your bike, car or truck on it to cross over to UK or France, depending where you are. Could it be that MapFactor navigator free navigator 12 have an issue with concept route: shuttle_train? route from Folkstone (UK) via Channel Tunnel to Calais (FR) and return? See:

thank you for your comment. I had a look at it and in order to make navigator navigate "via train" it would be necessary to "re-interpret" railway=rail + motor_vehicle=yes as highway, and make sure that it is possible to route there through small highway=service. In other sources we handle this connection as "train ferry". I just quickly scanned through shuttle_train proposal ... and I do not know yet what would be simplest & clean way to map these cases.

I'm not sure why there would be a need "re-interpret" anything; the shuttle_train (ie. treat as "ferry") segments are:

At each end there are extensive terminal facilities, through which HGVs, Cars+Coaches, and Bicycles all have a different approach and exit routes. Pedestrians are not allowed. Bicycle bookings are transported by a sub-contracted trailer+minibus combination, and have a remote pick-up point several kilometres from the Terminal at each end:

Would you be able to help me understand what might need additional clarification? There is quite a bit of documentation on:
