Routing mistake

One question. Why does navigator routes through this gate(http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=19/49.52820/8.47771) ? The gate has no access!

if I am looking at the correct road, it says motor vehicles=yes

The gates are still not properly handled by MapFactor conversion, sorry about that

Motor-vehicles "yes" but all other transportations are "private", that means that it is open for public if they use motor-vehicles ...Why not set motor-vehicles to "private"?

@Oldie the street is tagged as general access private. Why should I particular set motor-vehicles to "private" ?

As far as I understand osm tags: if you use (general) access=private and motor-vehicle=yes, motor-vehicle trafic is open to public trafic.
