shut down

when i set a route it calculates it then shuts down, can i just uninstall and reinstall to get it working properly again. i have the paid tomtom version so do i need the licence key.

it could be correpted vehicle_profiles.xml
close Navigator and delete this file (take backup if you want)

thank you ,did backup uninstalled ,reinstalled and seems to be working again. hopefully it will last.

just trying to look at it set up on desktop, where can i find the key pleasehaving a try with free version
