I have a phone with an internal and external SD card. The internal is (almost) full, the external (almost) empty. 

I see on the features page that there seems to be a way to change the storage location, but when I first start the app, the first thing it does is ask to download map data, and then tell me there is no space. I can't find a way to ask it to store them on the external sd...does the base map data need to be installed on the internal card?

Any ideas?
