Importing maps outside "Navigator Setup Utility"

I will be in South America for the time to come. As navigation unit I will use a Netbook with PC Navigator Free 11. The installation of the respective maps with "Navigator Setup Utility" works fine. However, there are much more detailed maps available, e.g.
from http://www.proyectomapear.com.ar/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=9 for Argentina and Chile. These maps can be loaded to MapSource and Garmin units. Question: is it possible to load these maps also in PC Navigator Free?
