No visible keyboard

I have a SAMSUNG OMNIA II I8000, and the NAVIGATOR FREE 11.0.15
I get no visible keyboard, I have looked to put, remove, or change the keyboard type, but not out -

Upgrading to 11.0.19, it appears that the keyboard issue is now visible.
Now, I'm the problem about the map. I have installed the latest version of the plane in Spain (2011/08/19), with Speedcams, It worked fine in the previous version 11.0.16, but with the 11.0.19 this did not open the plane leaving the screen in blue.
I probe to reinstall the maps, but I can't fix this problem.
Would be good idea to permit edit the path to the map with the menu program:
Configuration/maps/.....
