The mapping seems to be correct. My only other explanation: your car profile doesn't allow to drive on streets mapped as unclassified. You can easily test it by creating a route onto south part of Via dell'Appaglitore. It's mapped as…

GLES is still not usable in 2D mode, because of incorrect zoom level. Back to 3D: when I run simulation and stop it, all fonts on map are upside down (this is fixed when I leave map and open it again):

Jaja, zu dumm dass ich noch genau weiß, dass ich jedem Streckenabschnitt einen maxspeed verpasst habe, und der nun, neben Relationen, auch fehlte, und genau dieser fehlerhafte Abschnitt nur noch einen User in der Historie hatte - nicht mich ;-)

It doesn't sound typical for Navigator. Sounds more your phone is too busy to proceed. Did you check whether other RAM consuming apps are running at the same time?

Both Navigator 14 and Android Navigator get stuck when computing certain routes
New app versions are not rolled out at the same time to all Google users. It's not Navigator specific that user A sees version X, and user B sees version Y on Google Play. Even for days.
