i find a solution: erase internal memory (sdcard1), micro sd (sdcard0), and restore my phone at original level. (after backup of my documents) that's work if you have a faster solution i'll take it...

thanks for your email i have probably a bug because on my phone sdcard1 is internal memory and sdcard0 is the external sdcard !!!! do you have a solution?

ok i find files named downloader_150125_193338.log.txt etc.... how can i email logs?

that's not work and i don't have log folder, just folder named 4.1.2 in navigator/temp/ with no files, and many files 142886589854.mpfctmp
