Hi, Navigator doesn't support all wav formats... Check which freq, bitrate, channels is original wav and then set the same for your wavs. I think the best free software to do it is audacity.

Power consumption
HW renderer has multiply higher consuption than SW renderer. HW renderer consumes battery even when screen is off or navigator is active on background.

@tomas - this is part of SD card detection - Android OS has possibility to access one SD card by more path To prevent showing big amount of SD cards in Navigator there is test to detect if one path is the same SD card

@WillyJ - new build system was real problem - APK version were destroying atlas.idc files. You have to delete your navigator folder and then download everything again. I am not sure if TomTom maps will work automatically...
