Speeds used by MFN higher than speed limits
Mapfactor uses your setup and the numbers provided there. More intelligent would be using your car speed.

Navigator still giving directions after exit
If you "Stop Navigation" then it will stop and not talk any longer. Otherwise there is no way to stop it other than rebooting your device. If Navigator crashes you will get a special opportunity to really stop it.

Just normal. The way doesn't really matter. First example: Flughafen Kindel. You need Google to find: It's an airport. You can go there but not on the runway. Second: Mosel-Maare-Radweg in Schalkenmehren

Speed Limit shown on display?
Found it and it's very small on my 7" tablet. It disappeares when I turn landscape to portrait which usually happens in my car when I pick my tablet.

Cycle touring
This feature is called guidance on a given track and hardly works on any navigation app so far. That is at least my experience. Try Oruxmaps (officially has that feature) and tell me if it works on your device.

Recalculating route when changeing highway sides during construction
I haven't had the "route not found" experience during my last trips. I didn't have the side change on the autobahn, though.
