Constantly says to take sliproad off of highway just to go back on the highway
@Tomas (w.r.t. post http://forum.mapfactor.com/discussion/comment/10227#Comment_10227): I never, ever use shortest route and I haven't changed my routing settings either. I only use MNF for car navigation. About a year ago I set my own priorit…

@Tomas: Indeed. You are right. My first mentioned example does work now. I checked the history of the changes quickly, but can't find what changed in the tags of these roads to change the behavior of MNF. The tagging was correct and is still co…

@Tomas: "please provide example". Come on, there are other relatively new topics about the exact same issue where multiple users, including myself, have added images: Oldie also refers to it in the second post of this thread. How many exa…

My suggestion is not a work around. Both in the Netherlands and in Germany (and probably elsewhere), you have motorways with separate parallel lanes with exit and access ramps. These motorways and parallel lanes really have the same speed tag. These…

The biggest issue currently is that in the map creation there is no separation between higways (motorways, autobahn, etc) and its sliproads/ramps/exits: They are equal with equal priority. There is no way currently to make a separation between them …

Test of Android GLES Alpha Version
I agree with @Tantum: The text size is way too big.Normally I would adjust that via "Settings -> Map Scale -> Text size", but that currently has no influence at all. - Is this because it is an alpha build, and this map scale function…

Map download of United Kingdom fails: twice in a row. Next to that: it needs to be restarted multiple times. Is this GLES, your servers, a corrupt torrent or a corrupt map?

And ... I just downloaded 0.38.90 which has an automatic switch between hardware/software renderer and it chooses software on my device (Samsung S5 mini, Android 4.4.2). (I found out as it was set to hardware and the map didn't look like hardwa…

So far I like the GLES version a lot. However, it is still much slower in screen rendering compared to the software renderer. If you simply take a favorite and do "show on map" or calculate a long route (700+ km) and display the route on t…

I agree with Tomas. It is exhausing as a pedestrian to get of the highway, run up the exit and down on the ramp to the highway again before you can continue your walk on the highway. Especially with all those stupid cars around you :) But indeed: t…

Missing DE translation in intinerary
Maybe, but what about yards and meters? I know that a yard is 0.9144 meter so there's not much difference, but still.Personally I prefer to here the "unit of measure" also in short distances even though that might just be a habit.

I don't understand. You have imported your route, so it is now available inside Favorites -> My routes. From there you can select it (single-tap) and you can "share as gpx". That works fine for me. I import it again in RouteConverter
