Feature request MAP follow current position

    The following feature would be super useful for hikes or planned tours:



    The map follows the current position (similar to a navigation).



    Currently you can position the map on the screen, so that the current position with the arrow e.g. is displayed in the middle.


    If you move now during hikes or a tour, the current position runs to the edge of the map and disappears there.

    The map remains fixed at this point.



    With the new feature, the map would move to the current position as soon as you move or drive further (similar to 2D navigation, but without entering a destination).

    With the green button you can at most activate the compass alignment, but not the following of the current position.
